Meghan O'Neil has worked in the field of Special Education with students from grades 2 through 12+ for over 15 years. She currently serves as a Special Education Coordinator at McHenry High School District 156. Meghan demonstrates an in depth knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional disorders, behavior disorders, cognitive disorders, and Fragile-x. She has completed the Structured Teaching Academy at "Have Dreams" to better work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Meghan has an LBSI and has recently completed training at the International Institute for Restorative Practices.
